Visited Paddy Hills for the second time and I must say that it was a much more pleasant experience compared to the first time I was there.
Brought the little sissy there for brunch since it’s a mere 7 minute drive from NUS.
Much tastier food and quicker service all around this time.
Plus points +++ for the impeccably plated dishes (as always) too!
I really, really, really like the iced latte.
Mentaiko Ebi which was quite meh in our opinion.
No hint of mentaiko at all. What a let down.
The crusted salmon fillet which was entirely en pointe.
So tender, flaky and flavourful. The crunchy miso bits added a nice dimension.
Braised pork belly risotto which the sisters ordered.
The pork belly was really well done and the risotto was rich without being overly heavy.
Super adorable coffee cup which shows the words “Paddy Hills” once you’ve gone past half your beverage.
Irrelevant but I love the bronzed hexagon door handle.
Going back to try out their night time menu, for sure.
The only times that I’m hardly without my camera nowadays is when I’m travelling.
Need to get back into the habit of lugging my camera around to document life so that my blog can start being active once more.
Also, half looking forward and half dreading having to sort out and edit photos for my travelogues.
SO. MANY. PHOTOS. TO. PROCESS.
